Bronx Pizza

We found this location and the food is decent. 80% of the time I place an order for delivery it’s a 2 plus hour wait when we are 10 min Away, to wait that long and have your order mixed up many times it’s frustrating, even when deciding to pick up instead of waiting the delivery time they still can’t get it correct. We stopped ordering from Bronx pizza for about 6-8 months due to this inconvenience. Today i decide to order 3 beef patties with cheese, pepperoni and coco bread. I get there the order was ready I paid and left …. 10 min later when my family and I sit down to eat the order on the bottom of the bag had no coco bread. I call and all the guy can say is I’m Sorry we had no more coco bread we can give you a $2 credit next time you order. There will be no next time! Even in past when we accepted the credit it wouldn’t be in our account. It’s not about the $2 It’s the fact that not only was the order not complete but I was charged for something I did not receive, and that knowing that there was no more bread I wasn’t informed they ran out. What struck me odd was that it was the order on the bottom of the bag as if they were trying to hide this in case I would check the order on top. As I said it’s not about the $2 this time it’s about the reoccurring issues with the orders at this place. It’s principle and the lack of customer service, communication and incompetence.

While scrolling through Grubhub I came across a deal that I decided to act upon. I ordered through Grubhub and did not realize that Bronx does their own delivery and does not use Grubhub drivers so any order placed is not able to be tracked in the app. After over a half hour of waiting past the time window provided and my order never being delivered I had to reach out to Grubhub for a refund. I had high hopes for Bronx Pizza but for living less than a mile away from the establishment and never getting my order, I will not try them again. (To reply to the owner who commented on this post, I did receive a confirmation email that the order was received to Bronx Pizza)

I've ordered from here twice since I've been in town. And each time the food has been decent. I will definitely order Frontier again.

Awesome Pizza and a large food menu.

This is my family's Friday night happy place. Normally the good food and service are on point, however over the past 2 months things have gone downhill. I have debated over placing a review but after being a long time customer I feel I need to. Our last order was bad, really bad. Our pizza was less than stellar. It was melted cheese over uncooked sauce with pepperoni that was not cooked. The wings, usually so good you can't not eat them all. This time not fully cooked and cold. When you drive close to an hour to get dinner you expect it to be like it always is and sadly this has not been the case recently. It will be a while before my family eats here again. The only thing good about my visits recently is the very happy and well mannered young man that works the front counter, he knows me by my order and is always ready and happy to help.

Today I went to buy pizza , I order calzon, was 3 different order . I wait over an hour for the services but that is not the worst; I am vegetarian and they give a order that was for another person. I clear told her my order was to go.. and was cheese calzone no meet ever . They give me a pepperoni and was for some body else. I wait and wait and and I arrived to my house tire and hungry and believe or not they made another one with pepperoni. I called kind the upset and the cook told me that my benefits was that he is going to make another one. That is not a benefit it’s a obligation due to the mistake they made. I told them I feel sick and no way I going back there and if they can delivery to me and they said no. I can’t not believe! Not only they made 2 times mistake made me wait over and hour also but they was so bad and so anti professional that they don’t did anything to make me feel better. Very bad experience in this Pizza place. I hope they don’t do this to no one else . Was not the money, it’s the time and the inconvenience I have to pass trough, I never was able to eat tonight. How in professional they can be .
