If you want TMJ or lock jaw come here!! I was very disappointed in their bagels. I have high expectations coming from NY when looking for bagels. But what I didn’t expect is to have old hard bagels?? I legit couldn’t eat thru it because my jaw started hurting from having to chew thru char. Just look at the pictures for what looks like the driest bagel on earth

I usually come to Bro Bagel everyday before work to grab breakfast and always have kind, fast service. The people that work there are very friendly and are always happy to help. It can get pretty busy on weekends-especially in the summer, but the wait time is usually pretty short considering how many orders they have! The bagels themselves are always fresh and taste great. I always get an everything toasted with chive and am never disappointed!

I have NEVER tasted a bagel worst than dunkin until now!

50 minutes and counting for a simple pickup, and the staff refuses to cancel any orders. If you can avoid this place you’ll save a lot of time and frustration

Brobagel. Figure it out! Something is wrong with your system when people are waiting 30-45 minutes for a bagel. The people physically ordering at the store are just sitting here watching massive online orders be the only thing going out. If you can't service both then stop taking online orders.

Waited over an hour for online order and received snark from employees when asking for eta. Asked to cancel said they couldn't. Ended up having to leave without any food or a refund. Management, please staff your establishment and learn how to manage volume.

$15 small Lox bagels is not the move.

This place has the best bagel sandwiches in the city. Would highly recommend picking one up and walking around Wicker Park :)

Had to wait for 30 minutes didn’t even get our food. Place is ridiculous and you have to wait outside, would not recommend.
