Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

Excellent.

We were in the mood for pizza and saw this place had good reviews. We ordered a small arugula & pear salad, wings (they let us get half buffalo and half honey habanero), and a mad Italian pizza. I forgot to take a photo of the pizza until we were down to two slices but we did get a whole pizza! Service was good. Overall the food was average. The wings were baked instead of fried, which was nice.

Absolutely amazing service! Food quality was so good and the staff was so kind and helpful. Our server was so amazing! Food came out quickly. Definitely recommend!

Delivery driver review: I've picked up here quite a few times now, maybe 15 pickups, and the last 12 or so has been great. The first times were over 2 years ago and things weren't terrible, but kind of sloppy, although not bad enough to review them low. They've gotten the delivery pickup process pretty well sorted now, and for so many restaurants it all comes down to management putting in the time and effort to build that process, including having employees who are specifically dedicated to pickups, and who aren't prejudiced against delivery drivers. So now Brixx has become a preferred pickup for me for those reasons, plus it's clear management is emphasizing customer service anyway. I almost always get a parking spot right next to the door (special carry-out spots), have someone open the door for me (snazzy!), and get addressed within seconds when I approach the pickup counter. Add on top of this the relatively quick time for orders to be ready (at most I've waited maybe 5-7 minutes and I usually don't wait at all) and you've got a 5-star delivery pickup experience.

Great place. We had never been there before. We shared a salad and a pizza. Service was great and the beer was great as well. We got there around 5:30 which was a good time as it is always busy.

I had the roasted chicken penne and found a hair in it that was clearly cooked in with the noodles and stuck right on it and I requested my waitress, she came and saw the issue, apologized and said they would get me a new one and my fiancé finished his food before mine came out and it was never even taken off the bill and no discount was provided at all given what happened, which was a surprise since that is a pretty disgusting thing to happen in the food industry. The fact that the manager did not remove it was enough to convince me he was not too apologetic for my negative experience.

perfect for wings draft pizza. I came alone the night so did not order pizza, will be back.
