The Scatterload is a very popular sandwich made of minced ham, turkey, hot link, sausage, brisket, & cheese all mixed together to make a delicious meal

Platters served with two sides & Texas toast. Our dry-rubbed St. Louis style pork ribs are slowly smoked for 3 hours

Tender & juicy, smoke-cooked chicken

Our potatoes are slow smoked for several hours until tender & full of smoky flavor. Served with cheese, butter, sour cream, & chopped brisket, ham, turkey, or sausage

Your choice of chopped brisket or chopped pulled pork on a bed of nacho chips topped with our own Dowling's hickory smoked cheddar cheese, baked beans, bbq sauce and finished with a dollop of sour cream!

Smoked for 14 hours or more. Approximately 1/2 pound of lean sliced beef brisket
