Brio Italian Grille

Vanessa was very very accommodating, and friendly. Definitely One of the best servers I’ve had at a restaurant lately.

While the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was horrible, half of the restaurant didn't have any heat, the food was subpar and it took tooooo long to be served. In fact, the waitress forgot to put my food order in! When I brought it to her attention, her excuse was they had to make the risotto from scratch and it takes a long time to prepare. This was unacceptable because there were 5 people in our party that ordered after me and they got their food! Then I asked for them to just put it in a carryout because all of the other members of our party had finished their meals. Then I get the food home and I was immediately disappointed because the meal that I paid for was NOT worth what they charged and it was missing the vegetables that was supposed to be with it. Will NOT return to this restaurant, big disappointment

Despite being NYE, the restaurant was not that busy. Our waitress was friendly but not efficient. Food took a very long time, was delivered barely warm and appeared to have been sitting for quite a bit. My husband asked for his to be warmed up and it took another 20 minutes or so for it to be returned. Not a good experience.

We ate here about a year ago , for lunch , and since we had a good experience overall we came back yesterday for lunch again . I had a $20 off $40 reward on my Brio account so it definitely helped with the cost since we both enjoyed the food but it’s overpriced for the serving sizes . Our waitress Jayla did a good job , she was friendly and efficient , checked on us a lot which was nice . She brought out a warm loaf of crusty bread with butter , their staple , and it was good . We had to ask for the “ bread dipping oil “ , we had it last year and it compliments the bread nicely . I had the full sized Pasta Brio $18.99 and my girlfriend had the Chicken Marcella $16.99 with an added side salad ( wedge ) for $6.99 The wedge salad was enough to split , which we did , very tasty for sure . My meal was good , decent sized , seemed bigger than last time . Basically a plate of Pasta Brio , no added side or garnish . My girlfriend’s meal was good , she said , but it only had one small chicken breast , we both thought it should of came with two considering how small the piece of chicken was . The mashed potatoes and asparagus spears were good also . Overall a good meal and experience .

Had a reservation today 7pm dude at the check in told us 15 minutes then he let people in knowing we waiting then I walk up to him saying we still waiting then he’s like oh another 20 minutes lol. We left. Terrible service

The place looks very nice, food was very good, waitresses professional and friendly.
