One of the best burgers in NYC

This is the best Burger I have had. I come from California and we have quite the selection of great burgers but the blue cheese burger was perfectly season and and cooked! The fries were to dye for too. All and all a 5+ and the best burger in New York City! Plus M was fantastic with the service.

We went with family to your old location preCovid and had the best burger meal ever! We came from northern Maine, a journey of 630 miles...but our family was local. We plan on coming again this summer again. Worth the trip!

There's nothing like a juicy burger that makes you want to talk to yourself. The Brindle Room burger was on my top five list before closing during the pandemic. They reopened recently a few blocks from the old location in Alphabet City. @brindleroom 647 E 11th St, Manhattan The burger is named Sébastian Steak House Burger, which pays homeage to their steakhouse in Jersey. The burger is as outstanding as I recall it from 3 or 4 years back The quality of the meat js just great. It's a blend of 25 % AGED PRIME 65 % FRESH MEAT 10 % SUET Suet is a crumbly fat around the kidney of the cow. The patty has a 70/30 fat ratio, seasoned and weighted down to get a nice sear. Topped with American cheese, carmelized onions placed on a plain white bun served at medium temp. Wow, is all I can say. I missed this burger! Just pure tenderness and depth of flavor from the fat and great blend of meat. The carmelized onions give the right amount extra flavor without taking away from the flavor of the meat. The blue cheese burger uses the same meat and house made blend of blue cheese and applewood smoked bacon served with truffle parmesan fries. Wow. Get this if you love burgers. The staff js very cool.abd Chef/ Owner Jeremy is extremely hospitable. Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, kale salad, Orrechiette Broccoli rabe Braised Fennel. Butternut Squash. Incredible service and delicious food! I would 10/10 recommend. Their espresso martini is delicious and the vibe is perfect for a date or friends going out! If you’re there ask for Emily Mack! She’s amazing!
