Bridge Restaurant [Raw Bar] River Patio

We had a lunch there around 3 years ago.I was surprised that they added tip to the bill. Food was good ,nice location but what about if I didn’t like the service? Would be uncomfortable to take the tip out. I always read reviews before I go anywhere. I would never go back there because of the owner response to the one star reviews. It’s unprofessional ! I didn’t leave review after the visit but after reading some of the responses I don’t know who’s the entitled , spoiled and rude. And by the way this isn’t my first review! Ps. The reason I was reading the reviews was that we were planning to visit again.

Lived in the area for many years....always driving by this place until making birthday reservations for my boyfriend. We were sat quickly enough, although the place had been open for an hour it was freezing, I ordered a $14 bloody Mary that arrived in a rocks glass. Food was good, took forever to get to the table. Servers are inattentive. Ordered dessert and weren't told until after a 20 minute wait what we ordered was out of stock, so we got the bill and left. The menu and prices are outrageous, overpriced definitely, nothing comes with a "side" it's all additional but they do not inform you of this when asking if you want fries. Two sandwiches, fries, calamari and a bloody Mary were $100. Mediocre. Depressing. Avoid. I've also noticed the owner being insanely unprofessional with replying to reviews, childish almost. Spend your money elsewhere.

Lovely location overlooking the river in Westerly. Apparently a popular spot. We found the food mediocre, bland, and poorly spiced. Service was remarkably slow given we were one of only 3-4 people in the entire restaurant (late lunch). Also remarkably expensive for pub food.

The larger portion ribeye was great!

First time but not the last!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My friends and I went to the bridge yesterday, Saturday October 28th, for a quick lunch. We ordered our food at 1pm- by 2pm our food still had not arrived at the table. All of the surrounding tables that SAT AND ORDERED AFTER us were done eating before we even got our food. I’ve worked in the industry for over 9 years so I am very understanding when things happen, but this was inexcusable. We did bring this issue to the servers attention as well as management. We waited another 10 minutes before we were finally given our food which was not even correct. Neither the server or manager apologized. When we made it apparent that we had to leave to get to work, we waited an additional 10 minutes for the bill to finally be ran by the server. As unfortunate as this was, it gets worse. As we were waiting for our bill, a disabled man in an electric wheel chair was being sat by the hostess. She did not even take the two seconds to turn around and help him get through the patio. He was struggling to get by the tables and chairs while she couldn’t be bothered to give an ounce of help. When she brought him to his table, she removed two chairs for him, put the menu down and walked away. She did not even ask if he needed additional help being seated. He clearly was unable to fit where he was seated. He continued to struggle to get his chair in a comfortable spot. I took it upon myself to move the tables and chairs around for him so that he could sit comfortably, all while the manager, servers, AND hostess watched this happen and didn’t help the poor man. This was despicable and honestly so sad to watch. All I could think of was how hard it will be for him to leave considering none of the staff could be bothered to help. Never have I been so disgusted with the treatment of someone else while dining at a restaurant. Overall, this experience was terrible. We were very excited to try this place. The patio was beautiful and the weather was so nice. It’s a shame that this experience had to happen the way it did.
