Quick and up front.. Catering amazing. Chicken Banh Mi sandwich is delicious and tame enough for non adventurous eaters. But the chocolate chip cookie is the BEST I've ever had... and I've eaten A LOT of chocolate chip cookies. We got this catered to the office while I was in town. Everyone who had one of the sandwiches was AMAZED at it. I had the Chicken Banh Mi sandwich, and the chicken was incredibly moist. Even though it said pickled carrot and cucumber, you can trust that the chefs have done so in the ever so slightest way to balance out flavors. You are NOT going to get hit with a pickled taste. The bread was also incredible. Crunchy on the outside, but not the kind that scratches your mouth. Soft on the inside, and not the least bit soggy from the inside. The chicken was some of the most moist I've ever had, and it smelled super fresh. But wow, let me tell you about this cookie. It was crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. It was THE PERFECT cookie. Two kinds of chocolate, and not too sweet either. Big size. You should probably only eat one, they are rich. I at two, and snuck one home. I've been slowly eating it for 4 days trying to make it last. These people are artisans of their craft. Absolutely delicious. The next time I'm in Denver, I'm making sure we get food catered from Brider.

Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu! The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich is my favorite in Denver - chicken is thick, moist and crispy while packing a ton of flavor.

Awesome place friendly staff and if you work near by you might get something special off ur meal. I love the friendly staff and clean restaurant

Great atmosphere great location

Ramen was not good and the mac and cheese was worst than out of the box. Maybe I didn't get their specialties, but what I got was baaad.

Loved the kale and apple 🍏 salad. Added pulled rotisserie chicken to it and it was a perfect balance of light and delectable fare.
