My disappointment was in the entree I chose. It was bland, and although I didn't send it back, the server took note that I didn't eat it and made sure that part of my bill was comped.
Mixed feelings about our visit to BH. Restaurant was moderately busy but severely understaffed. All waiters and manager were rushing to take care of patrons, however they remained courteous and amiable. Took about 15 minutes to take out order (party of 4) and another 25 to bring it to the table. A few times we had to ask for refills for both water and beverages, but again the waiter remaies courteous and apologetic for the delays. Once served, the food was excellent. At least the rush of orders going into the kitchen didn't impact the quality of the meals which was a welcomed surprise. Manager did make the time to go around tables and survey customers and thank them for their visit. Date/Time of visit - Sun 28th Jan at 3pm
There were two tables of guys and one server. Some of the food came out cold and the taste was fair. It took along time to get served as well. The place was not that busy either. I certainly enjoyed the atmosphere for a bar restaurant.
Cute spot for a date, drinks ,food and sports! Enjoy! It's a yes from me! Also they have an outdoor firepit situation!
Conveniently located, bar service was good. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. I went two nights in a row as it is located close to my hotel. Thinking the first meal was an outlier (had the salmon, unseasoned, over cooked with a jasmine rice pilaf that was little more than white rice with salt, and mushy broccoli), I returned the next night and had the 12 ounce ribeye. For $32 it was the flatest peice of meat I've ever been served. I do not believe it was 12 ounces, it appeared to be a 6 ounce steak that was hammered to appear bigger. I'm not sure if there is sufficient quality control on purchasing, training and preparationn in the kitchen. This could be excused if the prices weren't suggestive of a good meal. Having a $32 steak on your menu that resembles like philly cheese steak meat is unacceptable. I was given a steak knife but with the thickness of the steak I probably could've cut it with a spoon. I would beware and discourage anyone from ordering the $32 ribeye, and beware of ordering any menu items that don't appear next to a photo. Good atmosphere, hasn't appeared to ever be that busy, but the food here is horrific, and perhaps that's why.
Got the duck wings as usual and they were nice and crispy, very saucy. Wife wanted the 'House Baked Jumbo Pretzel' but somehow they were out of a pretzel? Waitress could have been a little more attentive, also took a good while of standing at the front door to even be seated. Parking: Plenty of open spaced parking on each side of the building.
We really enjoy this restaurant. Good food, roomy, and we especially like the outdoor porch and bar. One of my favs is the deviled eggs as an appetizer. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu available which my husband needs.
They have tvs to watch the games. A nice place to have a drink. Food is eh could be better. .for the price we paid it didn't feel worth it.
