I don’t know what’s happened to this place lately but the management needs replaced. You’re no longer able to have food on the patio. The menu isn’t “updated to the summer menu” so they didn’t have most things available. Was then told by the server that they aren’t hiring more people till the summer? This place has really fell off. Also your no longer able to bring dogs unless their service dogs kind of defeats being called brewdog

Service was terrible.. It wasn't even packed when I came in It was 2 ppl at the bar including me. It took 10 minutes for a bartender to ask me if I needed anything while ppl kept coming up to the bar ordering drinks while I just sat there . And when I finally got my all you can eat wings they were horrible I didn't even finish my first plate . probably won't come here again

In the past, I have enjoyed Brew Dog. Cool atmosphere and great outdoor space. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the games with our little one. Food was good. Only complaint would be how expensive it is. Now with that being said, my recent experience was much much worse. We took our dog and were told we could not come inside with her—had to sit outside. Okay, seemed odd, but that’s fine, because it was a nice spring day. I went to order beers and after being ignored by the bartender for several minutes, someone else came over. I was told I could take beers outside but I could not get food service outside. When I asked if I could order food at the bar and take it outside, I was told no. Another couple was sitting outside and eating but no explanation was given. We ended up leaving for all the inconveniences. Not sure if I’ll go back. Like the concept but not worth the rude service.

Came here on a Monday night and honestly wasn't expecting much besides a few good beers. Much to my delight though, this turned into a great evening. The music trivia kept me there well past when I was intending to stay, and I made some cool bar friends. I only regret that I'm from out of town and cannot attend regularly. The Patriot burger and Mac n' Cheese were both really good and the bartenders were friendly and polite. Never thought I'd say it, but I look forward to my next visit to Columbus.

My experience at this establishment was not pleasant. I had a reservation for 630 I wasn’t seated for 15 mins. I family came in right before me and was seated right away. I wasn’t even asked what my name was. The place was fairly empty I was set all the way in the back of the restaurant away from the live music and view of overall restaurant. The waiter was not friendly he did not greedy us he just said what can I get u. Failed to ask us our drink orders. We weren’t asked if our food was ok or it we needed anything. Btw I’m a person of color so I felt the culture shock and I. Felt as if my kind wasn’t wanted there. Then when our food came it was bland on seasoning it was thrown together the waiter brought our check soon as he brought the food. For $65 the service was very poor and food was nasty. I definitely felt uncomfortable I didn’t even eat the rest of my food I was ready to go. I will never visit this place again not kind to black people

I reserved an igloo for me and my friends. Our reservation was at 6pm and it was not heated up or ready when we got there. We weren't seated until we asked, which was around 6:20. It was very cold inside. They said they couldn't find additional heaters or extension cords, but when my friend asked again, they found them. The circuit blew, the table was broken and so we moved inside. We weren't given plates, water glasses or napkins when we were seated inside. It was overall very poor service. We had to specificalltly ask for an adjustment to be made to our bill. We chose to leave and go to a much better run establishment down the street.

The service we had was great but there was no servers so you had to order everything from the bar. There was only one bartender there to start so he was very busy. They did have a food runner but it wasn’t clear if she would get tipped out or not. There were no signs that indicated it was seat your self or that you had to order everything from the bar.

Food = 1 not sure was not able to order Service = O The waitress refused to wait on us Atmosphere = 1 was uncomfortable and embarrassing watching everyone that came in after us get serviced *Trigger warning * The crazy part ! she kept walking past our table 10-12 times checking on customers around us. then acting as if she did not see us. We are not hard to miss we are the only black people on that side of the restaurant Since Friday we waited for 45-50 to be waited on at last i was hungry. The bust girl took pity on us finally and gave us some water. Meaning they saw us. She said bye as we left On our way home i started second guessing. Why would this waitress go out of her way not to help the customer? Our clothes fit well and are of good quality. We were demanding since there was no one to demand from. I sat hungry and with the thought of 45 minutes home. Did she judge us and think that we wouldn't tip or would be a problem? I told the manager on the phone she saw us. The lady in green plaid was the server for the section we were in For now, i can say don't go Will i go back? I would be hard-pressed. not in her section again. Unless she supervised . Apparently, my money isn't good enough for them. Loud and clear
