Breka Bakery & Cafe (Fraser)

Popped in last night for some snacks. When I got to the til the girl had my order on the screen and then I tapped and I saw it was for 21 dollars. It then said approved. The girl then put in an amount for 29 dollars and wanted me to pay. I said I already paid and she said this is your order. She seemed confused. I said I will pay this one but I already paid the one for 21 which you wrongly put up and it said approved. She then shows me a different receipt from the pile scattered around the til and seemed to not have a clue what was going on. It was busy I get it. I took her at her word that everything was good but then I go home and was charged twice as I already suspected. So you owe me 21 dollars.

The worst out of all the Breka cafes. The service is horrible. The workers are trash. Do yourself a favor and go 2 km to the Breka on main where the service and the food is a lot better. Terrible. I'm fuming.

Asked for Spinach and got meaty one instead, happened twice.

I don’t write reviews often but I felt like I had to…ordered apricot chicken salad sandwich.. it was pathetic.

Earlier I used to come for yummy croissants, over the time the quality has gone done.

Normally I love Breka and it’s one of my favourites, but there’s a few things worth mentioning. 1. Give better notice when removing food items like the Tofu walnut melt and now the spicy chicken bacon panini. 2. Please add a few more vegetarian options a few people I know are vegan/vegetarian and food wise they only ever have one maybe two options and 3. The cakes… I love that you have the wrap around the cake frosting but please remove the sticker. Because of the sticker it’s hard to remove, ruins the cake, the frosting is now all over the wrapping. Doing amazing otherwise!!!
