Bread Zeppelin

I love Breadzepplin's menu. I do NOT however love that EVERY TIME I order it to be delivered the order is wrong. And not by a little but by a lot.. 3 times now I have ordered delivery and my order has been wrong. Today's errors was that they forgot to add lettuce and spinach AND added the wrong dressing. So I just received my order of soggy salad toppings with no salad. When I call to tell them my order is wrong, Radiance (shift lead) got an attitude with me and couldnt be bothered to take my information herself, and hands the task off to someone else... Then the only solution I'm offered is if I go up there and pick up a remake of my order, which would be fine except I already paid extra to have it delivered for convenience and now I gotta go out of my way and make time to go up there so they can get it right. Final thoughts: Go in-person. Because there is 0% quality assurance on delivered orders.

Just recently discover this place. I’ve learned it’s all the rage. Amazing food, great customer service. The samples of the bread pudding are so dang good. And! They will give you the inside of the scooped out bread zep if you ask for it!

I waited in line on opening day to get free Zeppelins for a year. I was given a card to redeem the reward, but when I entered it on the app, it didn’t do anything. I tried to contact support (email address was listed on the card) and received zero response. In store they told me they couldn’t help me, that I had to contact support. Just a scam to drum up business I suppose.

Tejano Caesar zeppelin 10/10 Came here for the first time. I’ve avoided this place because I’ve geared mixed reviews. But I’m so happy I decided to drop by today. The employees were extremely friendly and kind which I appreciated. I got the Tejano Cesar zeppelin with the crispy chicken. It was amazing. The crunch you get from the first bite sold me. I like how the bread isn’t super thick. Which is why I’ve been avoiding this place. I like bread but I don’t want the heaviness of it. Will be back to try new flavors!
