We had a nice dining experience at this location. The server was friendly. The food was good. However, I would most def order something different. The smoothie is a bit overpriced, imho. I have included menu photos. We had 6 in our party and everyone was pleased with their selections.
Wow. Food was great. A little slow, but worth the wait. But even if it hadn’t been good, it would have been worth the effort for the homemade limonada. Superb.
Péssimo atendimento! como assim eu nao posso escolher minha comida antes da bebida ! Fiquei triste mais fui no CARRABBA' s e esta sendo ótimo . #Foto de detro do Carrabba's
High quality steak along with very tasty food
They had lots of choices, and the food was wonderful. The owners are very friendly Wheelchair accessibility: If you need wheelchair accessibility it's already there.
I got the Feijoada with yucca fries, rice, and Brazilian potato salad. You get two sides, but the dish was prepared with rice mistakenly (rice is not included and has to be chosen as a side) so I got the potato salad. Note that I am NOT voting down a star because of this mistake. I'll talk about why I took down stars later in the review. First thing that impressed me was the coxhinas, absolutely PACKED with flavor, but the reason that they would sell it for 4 dollars for 2 is something that I am not sure about. (Preparation of, say, macarons are expensive so I can understand if it might be THAT hard). This side comes with a deal where you get 2 dishes for 30 dollars along with some sides. The Brazilian potato salad is also excellent but comes in a small handful of a portion (much smaller than the rice) so take that into consideration. So the good stuff is in small portions, what about the Feijoada? The bean and pork soup is quite bland so you should be prepared to add salt. The yucca fries were decent but that also should be eaten with ketchup because it's dry. Some special sauce with the yucca fries would have been nice. There's Pico de Gallo too which I have no complaints about. As for the low atmosphere review, I would say it's because of the excessive noise and music. I am autistic so it's not exactly a help. (For neurotypicals, if you like or can tolerate classic rock you'll be ok). Unfortunately this is kind of my fault because I could have asked the serving lady to turn off the tv. But I generally dislike it when restaurants refuse to let you eat your food in peace and quiet, so I have no problem rating them lower for that. There is no outdoor seating, so it's inconsiderate to do this for people dining in in the middle of winter. My mom asked for extra sauce and it costed a dollar for a palm-full more of it. Most restaurants gladly will give more of their own sauce for free, and certainly far less than highway robbery. So overall, I'm sure other people had it better, but it is what it is.
Great food and service. Delicious meat, grilled shrimp, plantains, green beans, black beans and rice.
Enjoyed a delicious dinner here while driving through Asheville. The steak is fantastic, seasoned well and cooked well. The fried yuca is THE BOMB. It’s light and airy. The xtado burger hits the spot too. I didn’t care much for the sweet potato side but the meal comes with three sides so ♂️ Good spot
The only authentic fejioda I've found in the area. If you are looking for authentic Brasilian food, this is the place. And the owners are very pleasant as well.
