I enjoyed my lunch there. The lobster bisque was exceptional, but the lasagna, even though delicious, was overcooked. My piece was from the corner of the pan, and the noodles were tough around the edges.
I was greeted at the door by Kayla Fraiser : she was cordial, courteous, and kind . Kayla made certain that the service was quick and easy. Thank you
I'm only giving 4 stars because of the bathroom. The food was delicious. Our server was fantastic. I went to use the bathroom before we left and I was disgusted! The toilet had black mold/mildew in the bowl at the water line. The seat itself looked like someone with muddy shoes had stood on it. I covered everything I could with toilet paper (yes, the other open stall looked the same). Glad I used it on the way out, because I may not have been able to eat if it has used it beforehand...
Enjoyed the evening. Lasagna was ok, martini didn't have an olive or vermouth in it. bat couldn't make an old fashioned.
Coming from Dublin OH I had very high expectations of Bravo. This location; however, was highly disappointing. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was wilted and wet like it had been prepared hours ago and sat in the fridge all day. I had the chicken fra diavolo and the noodles were mushy and overcooked. I sent the salad back and was still charged for it! Save your money and your time and choose a different location.
Out dated restaurant needs to come to the 21st century.. for a nice Italian eatery, I expected better. Olive Garden does a better job. The cieling tiles were falling down. The cheap look of marble beams didn't help the atmosphere. I wasn't impressed when the waiter cleared the table next to us using a piece of white paper to put over their white table cloth.. The food, however, wasn't worth what I paid.. is it laziness or or just how they do things, but my chicken parm had two small chicken breasts for $20 every place I've had chicken parm they tenderize it to make it fill your plate.. unfortunately, I had a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce on my noodles... Parking: Very small lot making it difficult to find a spot when busy
We were pleasantly surprised at the food at bravo! Italian kitchen after stumbling in after a trip to pottery barn. It was a Saturday night but the restaurant was packed! We sat at the bar and ate there. The food was good and the salads were tasty.
Had lunch with work associates & we were all very pleased with our meals.
