Every time my wife and I I come into town we stop in. Most of the time we are lucky enough that Daniel is there serving. We only visit maybe once a year but he makes the trip from Nashville worth it. The food has been consistently good for 10+ years. That coupled with the personal, friendly, and efficient service keeps us coming back every time we are in town Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves drawing in the butcher paper topped tables
The restaurant is huge and has a large seating capacity, we ordered the artichoke dip and margarita pizza the dip was phenomenal, will go again
Ordered our food, went to pick up and got home only to find out that one of the meals was not in the bag. I called and the manager on duty apologized that they had run out of that meal and that noone told us. He was going to refund the meal since I had nothing but the salad to eat. I never did get the refund. This is the 2nd time this type of issue has happened and there is no follow through. I don't know if there has been a change in ownership or management but not real impressed with service anymore.
The young bar tender/server Beau deserves a shout out, Bravo might be a chain but he brings the same service you'd get at a real 5 star restaurant. Great drinks, great service and we've watched him hold it down on busy nights with tough customers without a hint of frustration. Sadly after a dozen visits it's clear they don't actually train their bar staff, ask for a drink up and you'll get it with a full glass of ice cubes. Ask for it neat and get it shaken over ice. I've tried every way to order it like I want and have maybe a 10% chance of getting the drink right. They've always been nice and replaced it but after this many times it almost feels like it's on purpose. I really want to like this place.. I'm even only asking for the most basic cocktails, either a dry martini or a Manhattan.
Zack our server was excellent, and the chicken parm was amazing.
