I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have heard good things about this place and was looking forward to my experience on Valentine's Day. When I first arrived I had booked at 5:45 pm for the early bird special with $10 off. We were first seated between two doors, not the best spot for sure as it was a very cramped and uncomfortable spot. Our server's name was Matt. He was friendly until I asked about the local fee to void it. The prices are already very expensive and the reaction I got was that "That is a crazy thing to ask at the beginning of the meal." I don't really think that's "crazy" at all and for the rest of the meal he was in a rush and didn't answer any further questions I had clearly and seemingly avoided my table. Since it was our first time he had quickly explained how the restaurant worked which was good. Shortly after, we began on the food. The cuts were either too overcooked or rare, not much in-between with 8/10 cuts being full of straight fat and not edible, with the other 20% being really good. Overall, extremely inconsistent cuts with tons of fat. The best was the grilled pineapple, and the servers carrying the skewers were all excellent. Near the end of the meal, we received the wrong dessert which was no big deal and got a replacement but was explained that it needed to be in a takeout box even though it had ice cream in it and would melt by the time it came home. In my experience with both of the desserts neither was worth $15, the dessert I had there was a stale slice of cake, and they were both definitely not worth $15, most other cheaper places have better desserts for way less. We were told that it was half-off bottles of wine in the end, so we grabbed it ($18 bottle of wine) then we were told at the end that it cancels out the early bird discount as you can't stack any discounts but told us after the meal when the bill had already came. There is little to no transparency with prices or deals, with pretty sketchy wording and no explanation behind it alongside condescending service all evening. I followed up the next day and was told that they would further improve their transparency, but had sided with the server without an apology. I understand that during COVID restaurants were closed, but you would think that they would try harder to return clientele or keep newcomers. I have friends in the restaurant industry and have mentioned LAST. Listen, Apologize, Satisfy, and Thank. None of these were accomplished in the follow-up and I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Meat was somewhat bland. Didn't get some meats until we were eating dessert--which was not good. The salad bar is less than impressive- disorganized and hard to find cocktail sauce (never did find it- maybe it wasn't there) for the peel and eat shrimp. There is no direction to the salad bar so people are constantly cutting in front of you from the opposite direction. The grilled pineapple was terrific, but we will stick with Texas de Brazil because you can't beat the flavor or the salad bar there.

The food was good but the service was absolutely outstanding. Our server Ryan H was so attentive and very nice. All the gauchos were really friendly and helpful as well. My favourite dish was definitely the cinnamon pineapple. My husband loved everything and ate way too much that he could barely make it back to the hotel room . The complimentary celebration cake was delicious and very much appreciated as well.

Brasa at Niagara Falls was a disappointment, The service and waiters were amazing 10 stars. The salad bar was ok, but the meat was terrible. A restaurant like Brasa should not be using low quality frozen cuts of meat.

I appreciated that parking was free with reservations. The staff is great, the dancers are lovely and interact with dining guest without bothering your dining experience. I would go again

Went for dinner at the Brasa Brazillian Steakhouse last night and I wish they had better service. I paid close to 300$ not including tip for two people. I feel the carved table side meats skewers did not come by as often had they should have. Most of the time our table was skipped even though our disk was green meaning "more please". The music was too loud in my opinion and I wasnt able to have a conversation with someone sitting directly across from me. The interior design is appealing , servers were lovely and the drinks were good.
