B-Prime Steakhouse

For the price of the food, I was expecting more. I thought this was Bobby Flays restaurant but apparently Bobby moved a few years ago and took his recipes with him. The Chilean Sea bass was pretty good. My husband said his steak was decent. For the high prices we were expecting another level.

Ordered a 9 oz filet cooked Medium. It came out raw not rare. I asked the server to bring me a medium. All they did was take back my original filet and recook it to be totally overcooked and chewy. For a $69 piece of meat I was unimpressed. First time at this place and probably the last

This place is a must go to if you are in Atlantic city the food was great and the service was immaculate. Tomahawk steak was everything worth every dollar .

Got the 20 oz bone in NY Strip medium well. Fantastic flavor & texture as always Sat in the bar area with XL lounge seats. Started the night with shrimp cocktail & a glass of Sauvignon Blanc then progressed to a glass red Napa when the steak was served Everything here from the service to ambiance is impeccable Thank you B Prime for a wonderful evening once again

Leaving a 1 star because i can't leave a zero star and believe me, i would. Absolutely horrible experience. After staying at Borgata 2 years ago for our honeymoon, we were excited to come back and spend an evening and a great meal. Our reservations were honored very late, and after over an hour and 20 minutes past ordering we had no food except rolls 8 rolls for 4 people. Both myself and father-in-law have medical issues and needed to EAT. Our server, his "assistant", and the manager all knew we had no food yet, and didnt even offer more bread, drinks, a free app, nothing to acknowledge that we had received nothing. 2 tables behind us that came in after us got their food, but not us. My husband and i coming from food service find this unacceptable. We got up and left. Manager finally came over and said "we'll comp your meal, no problem". Sorry guy. You lost your chance to appease. Keep your $400 meal. I'm sure the food is better elsewhere. We came from Ohio for this?!? No thanks. Do better. Sooo much better.

Fake nice... Save your time, and chew gum from under the table.
