Staff are friendly but don't take coffee from the Costa machine is rubbish It tastes weird like the milk is spoiled

Not very good customer service at all . Used to stop there most days . ANDY that serves at the till makes things quite difficult . We normally stop there around 6.15 . If I ask you a gregs coffee he's says I can do my own from the Costa coffee machine . Because he is too lazy to do one . And then refuse me a bacon cob from the gregs every time . He's says they don't do them when there is one person on . Even when the shop is empty and no one is in there . I think he is just lazy and making excuses . It doesn't make sense there is food there in but he will not serve it . All Because he has to do something. But if ask for a cold sausages roll that's fine . What you are iver open or shut . I drive that way because I'm planning on my breakfast and to be told no . Its states on there Web site they serve from 6am . So either way its iver lazy or fales advertising. So all an all I don't fuel up there then

On 7th Sep at 1.30am crew didn't allow me to tank at HGV's with 7,5 tonnes motorhome (7,5m long plus 3tonnes 5,5m trailer) with words "It's not a truck" I've tried to explain that is heavy vehicle, but he was total imbecil. I know it's hard to find good employees, but this was ridiculous....

Again a horrible place to stop, zero stars management. No gloves at the fuel pumps, no hand wash liquid at the toilets to wash your fuel from hands and bought a gorilla super glue for 8£ and was dried inside. No reason to stop here again.

Soft drinks are two months past their sell by date. Buyer beware. Toilets reek of stale urine. Skip this service station, the other providers are world's ahead of this place.
