オープンの18:00に予約にて来店。到着時並んでるお客さんだけで店が埋まる可能性があるので予約がオススメ。店内全体に活気があり接客もテキパキしていて雰囲気だけで既にTHE・日本。調理がカウンター越しにある程度見られるのですが、各々担当者が決まっているようで、店員さんが切磋琢磨しているのか一つ一つの料理が良い意味で綺麗。それでいて混んでいても提供が安定しています。お味の方はクチコミの皆さんの投稿写真を見れば察する事が出来ると思うので割愛致します。写真を見ると、ついつい忘れてしまいますがここはオワフ。日本ではありません。非常にコスパ良く美味。御馳走様でした。 Reserved a table for the 6:00 PM opening. Given the possibility of the place filling up with customers already in line upon arrival, making a reservation is highly recommended. The entire atmosphere inside exudes energy, and the staff's efficient service gives off that unmistakable Japanese vibe. The kitchen is somewhat visible behind the counter, and each staff member seems dedicated to their assigned tasks, resulting in beautifully presented dishes that reflect their commitment. Despite the bustling crowd, the service remains consistently reliable. I'll refrain from commenting on the taste, as you can gauge that by looking at everyone's posted photos. Looking at those images, it's easy to forget – this is not in Japan; it's in Oahu. Exceptionally cost-effective and delicious! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Best sushi and izakaya in O’ahu! Visiting from NYC, I always discount the positive rating, but Bozu did not disappoint. Authentically Japanese establishment and chefs working at the restaurant. Highly recommend this restaurant for the food, sake, and experience. I will definitely eat here again on my next visit to O’ahu.
