Bozu

DELICIOUS and super unique spot. great cocktails, great atmosphere. the pork betty is insane & also loved the house made shumai (steamed) the bozu bombs are so much fun, so come with friends and order a bunch. service was fine, but everything else deserves a strong 5 stars. i'd love to sit at the sushi bar next time

SO delicious and fresh!! The flavor combos are great and the service is excellent too. My favorite sushi restaurant hands down.

Love the ambiance inside, beautiful music and kind service. We stopped in to sit at the bar for sake. I love how the bar is lowered down a bit. Sake was nice& smooth-brought about good conversation. I’d love to come back and try food menu items.

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Bewertungen und Berichte für dieses Restaurant entschieden. Leider wurden wir maßlos enttäuscht. Es ist nicht das erste mal das ich New York Sushi essen war und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war hier unterirdisch. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Selbst kleinere Anpassungen am Essen sind nicht möglich. Doch viel schlimmer war die Bedienung. Während dem Essen räumt sie zwischen einem bereits Servietten und so weiter ab. Wasser wurde bei einer Person einmal aufgefüllt und der Rest ignoriert. Die Vorspeise war eiskalt. Anstatt Cola wurde Sprite serviert. Als wir um die Cola gebeten haben wurde gefragt ob wir nicht stattdessen die Sprite trinken wollen. Ich gebe gerne Trinkgeld wenn die Leistung stimmt aber hier wurde sich beschwert das es nicht genug war. Ein unverschämtes Verhalten was 0 Sterne verdient. Ich werde um dieses Restaurant einen großen Bogen machen. Glücklicherweise gibt es in New York viele weitere Sushi Restaurants mit tollem Essen und Bedienung sodass ich nie wieder dort essen muss.

I’m disappointed and disgusted with our experience tonight at Bozu but mostly with the customer service we received. Not only was our food cold and our drink orders were incorrect but then our waitress had the audacity to complain about the tip she received. Tipping is based on service and it was terrible! She should be grateful she even got a tip in the first place- how dare you!! Don’t complain when you can’t even do your job correctly. I will never ever dine at this restaurant again and won’t ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would- despicable!

Always lovely at Bozu. Atmosphere and food always fresh and tasty.
