Very limited selection of Mix-ins. The place also limits the number things you can add. Never been to a Poke place that does this. Ingredients were fresh

Was my favorite place until there was hair in my food. ‍♀️

When I walked in I was not acknowledged. I spent several minutes looking at the 2 ladies. I was unaware of the protocol but didn't get any guidance of where to order from. Once they decided to help me I then felt rushed and could not understand what they were saying. After that I was given my total... back was placed on the counter with no acknowledgements that it was my order.

I enter the restaurant and two clerks standing behind the counter, the one to my left is deep in her cell phone - unprofessional at best. The one to the right, looked over and realized this, then came to the register to assist and asked if she could help me. Food was good. I might go back, but not sure yet.

Originally I gave Bowl Lab 5 stars. Today after many years and many passive - aggressive experiences I DO NOT recommend them to patrons that look like me. I have watched as they have treated patrons of Caucasian/European/Asian descent friendly and bestows generous portions of food on them, but put limitations on me (only when I am solo or with my son) in the restaurant. If you know the way Umi (another former favorite restaurant) treats their Caucasian/European/Asian patrons as opposed to their Afro-American patrons then you have some idea of what you may or may not encounter at Bowl Lab. Looking at the reviews maybe it has NOTHING to do with ethnicity...maybe they are just RUDE. I simply CANNOT pay anyone to mistreat me or like I am a bother to them...ESPECIALLY when you are overpriced. Update: Within the year of the 1-Star review I left, I don't know if Bowl Lab read my review or got new management. I think they listened to their customers because they implemented many of my suggested changes (I made on their website). For the past year plus of returning to Bowl Lab, I can honestly say they are back up to a 5-Star status. Everything is labeled and I have received wonderful treatment whenever I am there.

The bathroom has roaches unfortunately. The marketing of the punch cards went from buy 4 get 1 free no time limit to buy 9 get 1 half off in two months lol Other than that the bowls are always fresh and the service is usually good but it depends on the mood of the servers

Small place the pole was good and medium is a lot..good portion size. Parking: 4 parking spaces on front of the shop
