Bourbon N' Bubbles

Our server, Drew K was the star of our experience. She was very attentive, pleasant and kind. Everything else was very mediocre. The food was forgettable. Corn bread was very dry. Deviled eggs had cheap caviar and were very mayo heavy and light on the mustard, truffle fries were OK but served in a bucket where they sat in the truffle aioli so they got soggy real fast and you had no control over how much was on your fries, and the chicken lollipops were chewy and laying in a layer of ranch. While I obviously can’t say for sure, that ranch sure did taste like hidden valley. The drinks were refreshing but nothing to write home about. Overall, it is a miss for us and we would not recommend it to friends.

Worth the price! The quality and flavor of both the food and bevs was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes! Super friendly service and a high end but welcoming atmosphere. We will be back!

If you’re looking to grab a good drink, this is the spot! Espresso martini and old fashioned are great. Would recommend as a great place to receive a night cap!

Great food and ambiance. The staff was really attentive, even on a really busy Saturday evening.

Tried to give us a table that the front door almost hits. Said it would be 45 min for another table. Would never go back there again

My husband and I enjoy bourbon and had high hopes for this restaurant. The atmosphere is unique and has an almost speakeasy type feel. However, the bottles on the bar are backlit and with the dim lighting make it impossible to read the labels at night. This made it difficult for our server to find bottles and also seemed to downplay their most important feature - the liquor. The bourbon was ridiculously overpriced. For instance, a 2 ounce pour of Boss Hog X is over $400. That’s almost MSRP for a whole bottle. Most of the food was mediocre. The hanger steak was incredibly tough and fatty. The truffle fries were delicious. The saving grace of our experience was Hunter. Hunter was a wonderful server with a great attitude. You could tell he truly enjoyed his job and wanted to learn more about bourbon.

The bartender asked what preference I had for bourbon, and I said I had none. Nine times out of ten, they'll give you a cheaper alcohol. This time, the guy charged me $34 and gave me an expensive bourbon. I asked him why it was that much, and he said it goes based off of ounce "and I told you that but I can fix it for you". The guy never told me that. He asked what preference I had, not how many ounces of bourbon I wanted. I have never paid $34 for a Manhatten, and the bartender, after the manager came and reduced it only a few dollars, asked me "better?" Good Manhattan. Really bad attitude and prices for a drink that's not worth that much. I'd recommend any of the other bars on the strip over this one.

The service was excellent. The drinks were good. The food was just so so. My snapper needed some seasoning and was overcooked. My daughter had to send her steak back twice and ended up not getting anything. The special for the evening was a lasagna. It was good. We did the chicken lollipops for an appetizer. They were delicious. We will definitely come back and try it again.
