NO service at all for pick up

Great boudin location in Irvine. The parking is a little more tricky as you will need to park in the parking structure. On sunday the it is usually less people so it was really fast to order and get ready to eat. Highly recommend and kids friendly.

Everything is delicious! I personally love the clam chowder in a bread bowl because the sourdough bread is second to none! I always pick up a bag of croutons to take home because they are so tasty! The mixed greens salad is amazing especially with the balsamic dressing. I'd say it's even better than the Caesar salad!

Our first time visit this place and we received a Terrible customer service. Today the girl at the front, didn’t welcoming, didn’t smile! She answers the phone in the middle of our question about the sandwich. Not a great attitude at all.

If you want to eat bread for a soup place, then this is the place to go. Soup made from bread, there is almost no soup ... But you can eat Bread!

The food is always so good

Worst customer service. I waited for about 5 min at the counter to order without anyone coming to the counter or even making eye contact. I finally asked if someone was available to take orders and was told they were overrun with phone orders and would get to me when they could. Hmmm…I will drive the extra few miles to the Costa Mesa location next time. This was a very disappointing experience.
