Whilst the friendliest barista has been out sick (whom I've yet to see return), this place has hired some new people and it has severely dampened the quality of service and frankly, the already wildly inconsistent drinks. I stood at the walk up window for nearly 15mins while the other window seen multiple customers and multiple drinks before I was spotted. There isn't a bell or system to acknowledge the barista besides standing on the other side of glass. Although I received a half-hearted apology for the wait, the drink I did receive was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the extended wait. I no longer feel welcome enough to try and support this business. Adding this to my "skip it list"
Need lower windows. Only a taller truck can actually see inside. Defeats the purpose for those in cars.
Awful drinks, unnecessary attire for the women, half of the workers seem sad and uncomfortable and unhappy, no need to come back
Yesterday I decided to try out Bottoms Up Espresso and the barista there was so friendly, patient and attentive. I just wish there was indoor seating for me to stay.
"Excellent customer service is not just about meeting needs; it's about exceeding expectations to create memorable experiences." - Thank you for your great customer service team!
This place coffee and food is great but..... the current girls on staff are okay but there's 1 in particular that always made this place amazing to get my morning coffee Kirsten ‼️ she recommended drinks that were perfect and always made me feel comfortable... but sadly she left.. I've been here a few times after that and it's just not the same without her. Whoever Owns this location Please bring Kirsten back‼️ I won't get my coffee here until that happens.
Ever since Kirsten left I have not been back. It was mine and my son’s tradition every weekend to go see her and we have broke that tradition. She would always go above and beyond to make you feel like she truly cares about you and your day and very knowledgeable and would give the best suggestions! BRING BACK KIRSTEN!
