This is the BEST caterer in Chicago, hands down. I use them for my private jet clients to supply onboard meals, and their service is as excellent as their food. I have very unique needs which can be quite demanding and rarely with much notice, and David is always willing and happy to do what it takes to accommodate. You can taste the high quality and fresh ingredients. Far from the usual corporate catering slop you see in mass production kitchens. They've made everything from poached lobster to simple quesadillas for me, and I can honestly say even the "basic" items I request taste as good as the lobster and caviar I serve. Everything they make for me is to-order, not from a basic menu. Can't recommend enough!

David not only provided us with an easy-to- follow inventory system, but he led my kitchen team in cleaning out our old storage space and filling the new storage space in the same day, so production was not affected for more than a day. BLP gave us the jump start and the direction we needed.
