Fantastic time guaranteed by lounge staff. Ahmed and his team always jovial, friendly an efficient. Great food, good times! A local favorite!!

Sarah was fantastic through the entire evening while I was there. She was very polite, on top of everything, and made it a an extremely nice evening.

Several times trying this location and most BP's not sure how simple it is to punch in extra sauce. I'm thinking it's rocket science for these people because they simply lack caring or listening to anyone's order. Every single time ordering we receive a cold DRY pizza. Don't order from these guys.

I decided to order and pickup a medium pizza ($32.00)!! from the Henderson Hwy location tonight. What a fiasco that was!! I just couldn’t believe the level of service or lack of service should I say that I just received, it was laughable. An army of people doing absolutely everything other than to recognize that I was standing in front of them!! After what seemed like forever and I purposely didn’t say anything, someone bothered to ask me “have you been helped”. Not a Hi, Welcome to Boston Pizza, not a Sorry for the delay or sorry I didn’t see you but more of a why are you bothering us, can’t you see we’re busy attitude. After paying $32 for a medium pizza, did I mention that already, I was given/thrown my pizza without a thank you or hope to see you again, you know the normal way of thanking someone for ordering with them. What has happened to customer service?? Management, these people are a reflection on you! You can definitely do better!! On my way home…a short 15 min drive….I counted 6 other Pizza joints I could have ordered from. I guess I’ll give one of them a try next time I order out and I order out allot….lol. Remember people, you have choices in where you can spend your hard earned $$$.

Boston pizza is one of the better place for people who have allergies especially to gluten they can modify most of their dishes to gluten free. Which is great we always struggle to find gluten free options around Winnipeg. Which is why we don't eat put often. The server was attentive and kind. Thr reason why I gave lower stars for atmosphere is its more of a family style restaurant, it is a bit louder than other restaurants. Everything else is great. The parking is smaller than other restaurants, so we had to park in the Safeway parking lot. Vegetarian options: There are quite a few options for vegetarian individuals. Dietary restrictions: Their very accommodating with people who are allergic to gluten, diary and shellfish. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menus and at the end of the meal kids can choose a toy. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a flatter layout so no stairs the hallways ars a bit more narrow.
