Boston Pizza

we made reservations for a group of 40 a few days ago when we arrived they only had one server for the entire reservation party. once we were seated, a friendly older, East Indian gentleman approached our table- He must've been the GM/manager and asked us to give him positive Google, Instagram, Facebook reviews; I said I would so long as the service was great. Unfortunately, the service was horrendous as we waited over two hours for our food and drinks to come. Many other people in our party left after ordering as they were nearing the 2 1/2 hours for food/drinks. Also, the food that I got was the baked lasagna. It was completely different made than I’ve ever had, and to top it all off all of the kids said their french fries were too spicy.

Had a reservation booked for 40 people. Yes I know it's a lot of people but this establishment was not prepared. Our server was incredible, calm and collected through the whole ordeal. The manager was absolutely terrible. Set her up for failure on the night, and when I complained as we left he told me word for word that "its all her fault, there's no one bigger than me here." Worst show or management I've ever seen in my life. Props to our server who tried to take on our whole party to herself, but it did not work out. We left with people that weren't even able to put in a food order. Utterly terrible management. Would never go back.

Always enjoy the service and a perogie pizza.

The pizzas are too basic but not bad, the French garlic fries are sooooo amazing!!! good service and prices ok.
