Been several times, however, the last time it was clear that this location has gone downhill. The fries were barely done, the service was horribly slow (we dined in early afternoon when there was almost no one there) and the place just seemed dingy and in need of an update.

Today at lunch time I was seated and was approached by the waitress telling us the kitchen wasn't serving food... Why bother seating people with small children if you're not serving food?

Food is average but good enough. Prices are high for portion sizes. The building is showing its age. It isn't too busy so if you want a quick decent meal it's okay

3.5/10 for the food just because it’s BPs We had an older lady (can’t remember her name). She was so kind and not rushing through the service she provided. We really had a great experience because of her. She was nice enough to offer my son a free cheesecake for dessert for his birthday! Haven’t had good service anywhere like that for awhile now in the city.

We were treated so well by the staff and management at this BPs! They went above and beyond our expectations and were so kind!

One hour and 7 minutes …. Really Boston Pizza??? ( Saskatoon 51 st ) THAT long for a meal? And it was so cold when we got it ( Thai bites still had frost crystals) Took us another 20 minutes to get a waitress to come back to our table! NOT IMPRESSED ! And what our son wrote: Im normally patient with restaurants but this one was the worst experience ive ever had. Servers avoided while waiting for food, Told us an hour later that it was only going to be 10 more min, didnt refill any drinks even in that time. Then when we finally got the food it was still frozen and old cheese and noodles. Looked like it had been sitting out for that hour we waited. Just brutal Boston Pizza.

The service was fine, but the place was absolutely disgusting. The server couldn't even be bothered to remove the piece of ham off the debit machine so I could tap my card
