Boston Pizza

Bill was $11.75 so paid $15. Server and the manager gives us the $5 back and angrily demands that we pay the $1.75 with debit or credit because “they don’t have change”. How on Earth is that the customer’s problem? They threatened that if we don’t, they will just not give the $3.25 back. That is the state of customer service at this place.

Not sure what happened this Tuesday but there was only one server on the floor for the whole evening. We came in two adults and 4 kids. It took them 10 minutes to seat us. After waiting for 30 minutes someone finally came to take the order. We didn’t get our drinks before another hour and food was served 1 hour 30 after ordering with appetizers arriving after the mains. The server also forgot what drinks we ordered and we had to ask for them several times. The washroom was also out of toilet paper and even if I told them several times, no one went to fix it. If you don’t have the staff, please don’t open your restaurant that night. They probably lost a good amount of customers after that evening.

Review 2: Thanks for your response, but it's not enough to costumer which they are not happy, I have checked and I found a lot reviews which they were unsatisfied, another thing in my story is that, after we left our phone number on paper , for 1hour , we stayed in front of door and I saw, not only tables were free during this time but also staff services were too slow and unexpectable. This restaurant really needs a manager . Hope you find my note helpful. Review 1: Terrible service! There is no suggestion to go. We went there and there were most of the tables free , the sttaff told us that there is no free space and asked us to leave our phone number and told us need half an hour time to wait. The staff were too slow and had no responsibility, and we waited for 1 hour with hungry kids, and in the end, we decided to go to another restaurant,

I am disgusted by the lack of social responsibility of this location and its staff, who knowingly came to work sick and coughing all over guests, our table, food, drinks and the bar. The waitress attempted to say that the sick manager was forced to work by another manager knowing that she was sick. The manager was politely asked not to serve our table as we had a medically high risk person seated. The matter was explained to the waitress who got aggressively loud in attempts to intimidate me and defend the manager on shift. I ended the conversation to report the incident to 311, Toronto public health and Boston Pizza head office. The manager attempted to instigate further upset by serving the table directly behind our high risk guest and turning to cough on her. We did not finish our meals. Prior to leaving the waitress then told me I needed to understand the managers need to work while sick because she’s pregnant. I told her I don’t need to know her personal business and her need to work shouldn’t come at the cost of others health and that I had zero intention of engaging in a dialogue over her reckless neglectful endangerment of guests health by spreading her communicable disease.

Keyjin and his staff were so great! The food and atmosphere were so friendly and accommodating!

My group came to watch hockey game. All tbs got set to ufc that no one was watching. Also repeated audio going out. Finally switched it back to hockey after asking a few times. Otherwise it’s a typical Boston pizza.

Poor customer Sevice.

Waited too long for the waiter to take our order even though the restaurant was empty. The Mediterranean pizza was not hot, and did not taste good. The French fries were cold and left on the plate. It was not a good dining experience. Will not be going back

Onions Soup was excellent. Garden salad was great. Pizza was great too but I usually like thin and toasted bread, it was thick and soft.
