Quality of food is very low.
The worst service we've ever received. The two short brown girls are incompetent and rude. I would suggest giving them some customer service training before they drive more business away
Order 150 dollars of pizza and you ask for garlic dipping sauce , a staple in almost every pizza store . They give you 4 ceasar salad dressings and claim that they are garlic dips. Waste of money and time, pizza is sub par and even worse without a proper GARLIC dipping sauce to go with it . I guess not everyone is smart enough to distinguish the two sauces . There's 100 other options in the area for 1/4 of the price, quality isn't tremendous and neither is your ceasar salad dressing. Garbage .
I went to this boston pizza for lunch today with a girlfriend. We had a server by the name of Johanne who happens to also be the general manager for the location. We got drinks and an appetizer to start. An hour goes by and our server doesn’t come up to us once. She’s doesn’t come up to clear out dishes or ask us for our mains, or offer refills for our drinks. There were only 2 other tables with people in the whole restaurant. Johanne’s shift finished at 3pm and we’re were never notified. We ended up ordered our lunch togo and left after this horrible experience. I will be emailing corporate about this. I have never had an experience this bad, ever.
Not satisfied with customer service
1.There were things on the meal that was not expressed on the menu. 2. I did not like the pizza but when expressed they brought it back and I got something new 3. The chicken and mushroom Alfredo tasted wonderful!
