You can't go wrong when your kids get served by a robot.
9:20pm Sunday upstairs worst service ever
Our kids fries came out cold, my steak, while cooked correctly, was bland and flavorless and to start it all off we were seated for almost 10 minutes before we asked a server who ours would be, turned out it was him but no one had told him. Anytime we needed something, we had to flag him down or get up from our table to go find him. He was pleasant and I think the lack of attention was more of a lack of training issue more than anything. Also, while that robot that brings out the food is a neat gimmick, if I'm out at a restaurant, I don't want to have to get up to take the food off that robot and hand it out to my family. That is the server's job.
Sat at the bar quickly, hadn't eaten all day. The bartender had an awesome attitude, a great sense of humor, and fantastic service.
I stopped in for lunch today. Kathy was my server. She was friendly and helpful. For a cold day, I started with tea and French Onion Soup. Then I had an individual bourbon chicken pizza. The tea warmed my soul, the soup was superb and the pizza always hits the spot. Just remember where to park at this location as some areas of the parking lot are free. While others require payment. Clean and inviting! I’ll be back. Thanks.
This BP's is like every other one I have ever been too with one exception. They have an autonomous "food runner" not something I would have spent 25k on ;)
