I've been to a few Boston Pizzas, and the food is generally quite consistent between locations, but the service can sometimes be hit or miss depending on where you go. Our server Keisha's exceptional service went above and beyond my expectations. She was not only attentive to our needs but also anticipated them before we even had to ask. She had us laughing throughout the entire meal with her witty remarks and charming personality. It can be rare to find a server who not only excels at their job but also brings joy to the dining experience, and Keisha did just that. In addition to her impeccable service and humor, Keisha demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that our dinner was nothing short of exceptional. I will definitely be returning to this location after the great experience!

Tonight my friend and I had the most wonderful time out thanks solely thanks to our amazing server, Cassia. I’ve never had a more down-to-earth, funny, attentive, and just overwhelmingly lovely person serve me than Cassia. All of my most high of recommendations in the world go out to the shawville boulevard Boston Pizza and I can’t wait to come back with my friends again to visit Cassia again! I don’t know who’s luckier, me for getting her as my server, or Boston pizza for having her on their team!

As a devout vegan following religious beliefs, I was excited to dine at Boston Pizza, considering their claim of being a vegan-friendly establishment. However, my recent experience left much to be desired. Prior to my visit, I called the establishment to confirm the availability of vegan alternatives, and was assured that modifications could be made to accommodate my dietary restrictions. However, upon arrival, I found the menu to be disappointingly limited. Nonetheless, I proceeded to request modifications with the help of our server, who thankfully managed to convince the management to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. After placing our orders, several items were missed, including the lasagna we had specifically requested. Despite assurances of complimentary dishes, it were forgotten and provided at the very end of our meal. Upon receiving the bill, we were shocked to find that we were charged for all items, including those we never received. When we raised our concerns with the server, she was apologetic and promptly summoned the management. However, our interaction with the management was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite the numerous issues we encountered, all they offered was a measly 15% discount, which felt like a mere token gesture. This experience was not just about the money; it was about principle. The poor service, the mishandling of our orders, and the lack of accountability from management were all unacceptable. I do want to commend our server Cassie for her incredible efforts in trying to make our dining experience better. However, the overall experience at Boston Pizza fell far short of expectations, with subpar food quality and disappointing management response.

Terrible experience I had a dinner with my family. But they ordered the food first and when I got there surprise to me the waiter told my son that he can not get the Kids' menu. ( because he is not a Kid and he asked for his age ) He is only 11 years old and instead, he said that he can order from the adult menu. And then when my wife ordered he added extra stuff to her dish when she didn't ask for it. He was so rude and disrespectful why did he judge my son's age and decide what we could eat?

Meal price was expensive for the bland, satisfactory quality of the food and the takeout out we experienced was poor. Could have made better pasta at home with Classico pasta sauce and unfortunately. The "grilled ribs" weren't really grilled, more like plain baked ribs with heated bbq sauce on top. Coleslaw was either old or going bad, the taste was completely off. The girl that attended us seemed pretty confused and/or out of it which delayed the food given to us. We were a given a time our food would be ready by and it was late by about 10 or so minutes.

I had a server I think his name was Adam and he was amazing! The manger Thomas introduced himself and made sure everything was perfect! Can’t wait to go back!

Typical BP’s. Service needs some work for sure. But all in all not too bad. Been here many times, but the service seems to be starting to slide the last handful of times I’ve come.

don’t get pizza from here y’all, the small size will run you 18 bucks and it’s the size of a single slice from cpu. smh
