IT WAS DESERTED, WITH A SIGN IN THE DOOR. THIS RESTAURANT IS OUT OF BUSINESS… EVERY TIME I GO IT IS CLOSED. ONLINE IT SAYS OPEN AND I GET EXCITED, THEN WASTE GAS DRIVING TO THE LOCATION TO FIND OUT IT IS IN FACT CLOSED. I EVEN CALLED CORPORATE TODAY AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND OPERATING BUT WHEN I ARRIVED TAKE THIS LOCATION DOWN OR MARK IT AS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. THANKS

Please just close down like the rest of the ones in and around Atlanta. Couldn't even get service or response after placing my order at the drive thru.

Horrible customer service. Didn't have what I ordered and I tried to cancel. They will not give me a refund. I didn't even get any food. Stay away from Boston Market!

The Reign is OVER! They had a good run… R.I.P. to this business… I feel bad, but the truth is the truth. The Food Nasty now! Don’t eat here! Plus they out of cornbread so they gave me “Corn” instead! You can’t make this up!

Atlanta Briarcliff Road: Drive thru has a greeting message that play's automatically and then...NOTHING. Restaurant apparently closed? No signs up. Bye bye!
