This place is always closed .... Love Boston Market, please get place in order. And don't dare shutdown

Drove 23 minutes to get there after on the app says they were open only to get there and it was CLOSED/EMPTY. With just a paper on the food sign saying what they were out of. Needs to update their site so others don't drive out their way to find it closed down. Such a let down ‍♀️

When I come back home to Compton this place is my go to for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Had an online order paid for pick up. Money taken and store closed before stated.

Boston was my favorite place to go, I drove from Stockton to Sac just for Boston Market, They are out of 50% of foods, The service I received was rude and unfriendly, The foods we loved is not even on the menu anymore, I asked the rude girl at the drive through. IF they were going out of business, She said , Not that I know of, Either fix these issues OR CLOSE IT DOWN, Your food isnt even good anymore, Ordered a chicken Carver Sandwich, Wasnt good, the bread they use now is ridiculous, More bread than Chicken, Its just a big loaf of French Bread, Not even Cut....Get it together....I will not go back...your losing customers!!!

Food, service and atmosphere are horrible at this Boston market location. First, I got there just after 11 when they open. I ordered a half chicken white meal. What I got was one breast with wing and a drumstick not even a complete half chicken white meal. The chicken looked like it had been cooked the night before and the meat was yellow and hard and dry. The mashed potatoes were cold. When I returned my meal 30 seconds later and asked for a refund, I said to the lady how dare you serve this poor quality of food. The total that I paid was $14.54, and I gave the young lady $14.55. she just kept my penny didn't even offer it to me back. I commented about that after telling her how dare you serve such poor quality food. Her response was there I returned your penny. OMFG. I told her she was rude and ignorant. She told me to go f myself. The quality of service and food at this Boston market location has gone so far downhill I will never give them my business again. As an aside I walked up to the door and it said store hours 11 a.m.. there was no sign on the door that said drive-through only open. The owners of this Boston market should fire the young lady who served me. They need to install cameras to monitor their employees.
