I don't know if they were having an off day but it was 4 of us who got meals and out of all of us combined, the only thing that was good was the ham. We also got some of the baked goods. They were delicious but they werenot made by them.
Its typical boston market
I mean it's slamming on a budget.
I got the meat loaf it wasn't what I remembering mac&cheese was horrible the yams was basically soup... not worth the corn bread was good
I ordered the family meal & was missing a WHOLE CHICKEN a Full Slab of RIBS & a WHOLE APPLE PIE LIKE HOW
I really have no idea how this place is still in business. Without a doubt the worst Boston Market that I've ever been to. Every time I come here the staff looks like they are annoyed that they have a customer. Some of the worst customer service you will ever experience is had here. And half of the items on the menu are never available. This place is a joke
Honestly I never thought it could be so bad. The food was bland and dry. Frankly I threw it out I couldn’t eat it. My corn bread was not included even though I ordered it.. frankly the staff seemed angry that I arrived for my order that indicated it was ready. Never coming here again
My family and I stopped here one evening after visiting my grandson in the CHOP cardiac unit. We walked into the Boston Market, the only person in the place was a worker, and he walked in the back as we walked in. We looked at the food behind the glass. It looked like dried up mac and cheese that had set all day. The other foods on display looked as bad, if not worse. The man came out of the back room, and he had a sarcastic tone when he asked what we wanted. As hungry as we were, we thanked him and walked out. The place looks dirty. The parking lot is in bad shape, and at the time we were there, half the lot was frozen solid. You could ice skate on it. Very dangerous to customers. In my opinion, it should be shut down. If the health department ever inspected it, no doubt they probably would. Or at the least fine the owner.
