I looked forward to a great meal, as I had gotten from this location before. Sadly, this visit was very disappointing. The food lacked the Boston Market flavor. The the chicken was not dry, but lacked that rotisserie taste. The mash potatoes was o.k. and the cream spinach was bland, and watery. I paid $26.00 for 2 dinners and in today's economy, to eat out is a luxury. I cannot imagine what went wrong with these items, but I hope the owner will pay closer attention and tast the food before it comes out for the customer to purchase. Will have to find another location to buy from.

The price of 12 dollars for three spoons of vegetables is really expensive.

Always great tasting food and awesome customer service, even when they're busy. My favorite is the chicken & rib combo with sides. . Also, make sure you grab extra corn bread to go. They are yummy .

Pick up orders are always quick. Employees are always helpful and provide good service. Quality of the food has just dropped in general.

I ordered delivery from Ozone Park last night because Forest Hills isn't delivering anymore. I ordered chicken pot pie and soup. Normally, these are delicious go-to dishes for me. In last night's pot pie, the green peas were hard. I mean, I'm not sure if they were cooked before throwing in the dish. They did not soften up. The crust on the top wasn't normal either. It tasted more like cardboard than a flour crust. I saved the soup for today and just tried it. It has no flavor. I think they forgot to put the seasonings in. Once again, the peas in the soup are hard. There are only three small pieces of chicken in the soup, which I had to hunt for, and TONS of noodles. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm so disappointed.

My mom loves Boston Market Ribs. Sides not so much. But over all I give them an 8 out of 10..

Cute spot with multiple seatings and friendly staff. As an avid Boston Market consumer, it’s always a pleasure to go to a location and receive quality service. The staff was friendly and also kept my to-go order warm as I ate during my lunch break. The meat was fresh alongside with the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. At some locations, the Mac and cheese may be a bit runny however at this location; the sides were just right. Will definitely return.
