Boston Market

Boston Market is in the news as having financial troubles. Apparently they weren’t paying taxes or employees - and the corporate offices were seized by the government. Many retail locations were reported as being shut down - and this appears to be one of them. I had a coupon I was going to use so stopped by on June 15. There was a traffic cone blocking the drive through lane, the lights in the building were off, and the interior furniture appears to have been removed. I’m sad. We’ve enjoyed the food from Boston Market for several decades. We’ll miss it!

Overpriced you get much better deals at the kings deli will not be coming back here

I used to go to Boston market frequently some years ago, so I decided to go in on their anniversary because they were having specials on their food, I noticed the building looks a little worn and I walk in and there was just a few people inside the upkeep wasn't great but the workers were very friendly and helpful. I don't know if all locations are the same or not but this one looks like it can use a breath of fresh air, the food was not that great.. I got a roasted chicken mashed potatoes with gravy and some kind of creamed spinach that the worker said was delicious. I get home make myself a plate and I was really disappointed because the chicken was eh, mashed potatoes were decent but the gravy tasted like one of those gravy packs you can get at Walmart and watery, and last but not least the cream spinach went straight into the trash it smelled and tasted like s***. I also ordered pumpkin pie and apple pie.. the pumpkin pie definitely needed some whipped cream, and the apple pie was actually delicious. I'm kind of feeling bad for this company because I remember the food used to be so good.. I don't know what's going on nowadays with the food and the business, but it's not what it used to be.

If you want rotisserie chicken cooked right this is the place to get it

Asked for 3 cornbreads, was convinced to pay a little extra for 6 cornbreads, then received 3 cornbreads anyway and now I'm depressed ☹️

Terrible customer service. Said our coupon was not valid but T-Mobile said code was good up until the day after. The management was extremely unflexible and forced us to spend a minimum amount when the coupon specifically said it was a $7 credit. Ended up leaving without picking up our food due to their inflexibility. The lobby was not open because of understaffing. Do not eat there...just a waste of time.
