Upper management is not going to change anything...still... Ordered 3 half a chicken meals..Thai and 2 others...take out. Was not paying attention..get home and open the container. Half a chicken?! It was half a chick for Pete's sake! Buy Costco's 5 buck chicken instead. We realize...2 different types of businesses...still. if you're going to sell half a chicken for 13 14 bucks.. treat folks right at least. And add some potatoes! One scoop of potatoes...gesh! 3 birds at Costco for the price of one Boston meal. One quarter of their chicken is bigger than Boston half. Ok ok..enough chicken bashing..we would still buy from BM...potatoes, etc and buy the chicken from Costco though..

Customer Service Sucks! Very unprofessional! Placed an order a month in advance and they did not honor it due to a system error on their end. Called the service number for catering and got hung-up with or disconnected twice while waiting on hold. Called the store location and they NEVER answered. I had to go in-person to talk to someone, and as expected they were even less helpful. Lied about contacting me to resolve the issue, and just cancelled the order. Said they couldn't help me and started to ignore my questions and help another person. I ended up having to find an alternative for the food I had placed a month ago and prepped for. Some of my staff went without food while I searched for alternatives and had it prepared. This was for my 24/7 hospital staff so they can celebrate thanksgiving with food even though they are at work saving pets instead of with their families.

Location smells like rotten milk, Thanksgiving dinner was missing 3 items. $170.00, same menu last year $120.00

This place smells terrible, the food was terrible. They don’t have macaroni and cheese, they don’t have corn breads, they don’t have the roasted potatoes. The sweet potato mash was bubbling with soap or fermentation. The ceiling has mold and AC blowing on the food is all moldy. My message to upper management. Do yourselves a favor. Fire the rude staff and close your doors. Parking: The shopping center has ample parking
