Haven't been to a Boston Market in a while. This store was mostly empty when I was there during normal lunch hours. Chicken is pretty good and juicy. Tastes healthy to me... I've always liked getting the sweet potato casserole since I was a kid. Still tastes yummy and sugary as usual. Prices seemed shockingly high even compared to other fast food price hikes, but we had a coupon for BOGO which makes it bearable. The soda machine is one of the coke freestyle machines with a screen, which I am not a fan of. This one had a bunch of drinks disabled and the machine was really slow. I think they need the Coke Mechanic to come in with some wrenches and OS updates.

Wanted food at 7:30pm but they locked the doors and No one let me in.

Food was good and fresh and nothing was out. However, the Coke machine was out of a lot of soda brands and flavors. There was trash stacked up in the sitting area and the booth seats were beyond broke in. We swore we were going to fall threw. Staff lacked desire to keep the place up but kept the food in check. At least this Boston Market didn’t have a urine smell like a few others.

So I haven't been to Boston Market in decades. I went today because I was told they have pecan pie. I arrived, no pecan pie. The guy said they haven't had any for three months. That sucks. I order 2 combos a chicken and meatloaf. After 10 plus minutes the guy comes out and says they only have one slice of meatloaf. Dude. He gives me ribs to supplement. I get my food. It turns out that their meatloaf sucks. I dodged a bullet. But part of the ribs were dry and bland. After eating, I go back and buy a drink, the ice machine doesn't work. Really? 🤦🏽‍♂️ Well, I'll see you in another 2 decades Boston Market. SMH

Ordered a chicken and sides and got the wrong side

Ordered food online for curb side pickup, I called for over 30 minutes letting them know I would be late with no answer. When I arrived for pick up I called and again no answer. I went into the store it was dirtier than ANY restaurant I've been in. The order was not correct and the staff seemed upset that I would come inside and pick up food that I had ordered.

I feel bad for the employees that work there it’s extremely depressing there

We were looking for dinner last night, dinner hours. 50% of our orders were told to us that they were out or not serving for the moment. How can a chicken place not having enough Crispy Country Chicken or not have Chicken Potpie at all? Soda machine only have a very limited selections. The place was half lit to save electricity? Only one lonely diner in the whole place at dinner hours. Very gloomy and the order taker had no idea what they had or not had to serve. Not friendly, clearly, she did not care to be there. She was very busy with her green hair than taking care of the customers. So sad, this place was operating on the "soon-to-be-closed" mode. Needless to say, we went elsewhere for dinner.

Ordered for pickup for my work team and they left items out, can’t get anyone on the phone to give me a refund on those items 0/10 don’t order online and get scammed out of your money.
