This is second Boston Market that I have come to and its closed early. Its only 6:50pm. Its supposed to close at 10 according to the online information. I just drove like 25 minutes for the store to be closed 3 hours early! unacceptable!

This place is an absolute catastrophe of a restaurant. We used to really enjoy their food enough to put up with the bad service. But the past two times I’ve gone, they haven’t had any chicken! How does Boston Market not have chicken? The employees don’t care. We rolled in here on a weeknight at 7:30 pm (they supposedly close at 10). Asked for a salad. “We don’t have salads. Haven’t had them for a month and a half.” Okay, I said, I’ll have a 3 piece family meal. The highly motivated employees behind the counter just shrugged and said “all we got is meatloaf.” They’re too lazy to cook the chickens because they wanna close early. I’m done. Boston Market doesn’t give a darn about their customers and the sooner they go out of business the better. PS: I checked on the app after this and it let me order both salads and rotisserie chicken from this restaurant, all the way up to the checkout process. So the app is worthless as well; it’ll take your money and good luck getting a refund!

Charged my credit card 2 times and their vendor did not deliver the food. Now they will not answer the phone the last 2 days. I get an instant busy signal. I will never order from them again. Lousy ran establishment!!! The first charge was for $23.21 and they said it did not go thru. The second charge was for $28.23. Both charges went thru. I got a text stating that my order was cancelled 5 minutes before it was to be delivered. 10 minutes later I get a text stating that my order was being delivered by a vendor called Skip Cart. The driver at skip cart ate my food and claimed he delivered it. He took a picture of the side of some random house without showing the address or the food. We were sitting in the front window when he said he delivered it!!! Liar!!! The corporate office is horrible as well. This whole organization needs to be shut down as it is run by incompetents!!! Driver took a random of an unknown property and ate my food!!!

I ordered online. I ordered for my husband and myself--Crispy Cordon Bleu chicken meal and Crispy Country Chicken meal. We had sides. What arrived was 2 slightly old-looking rotisserie chicken quarters. The sides were so lqiuid that it seemed as though the wrong chicken was swimming in truly dubious soup of several colors. They didn't even managedto give us cornbread. No one answers their phone. The feedback link online is broken. I think that they owe me $37.25.

The food as well as the service at this location is less than desirable. When my sister and I walked into the restaurant the young lady at the service counter as well as the young lady preparing the main entree of the meals were both sitting down. Neither of them bothered to stand while taking our order; lending new meaning to “sitting down on the job”. The only reason the young lady in the rear stood was because she couldn’t sit and prepare the meal in a sitting position. The quality of the food is lacking. I ordered a meatloaf meal and my sister noticed that there was not a cornbread muffin included with my meal. When asked why not, we were told they didn’t have any. There were rolls at the counter but when asked if we could have a roll we were told they were hard. I guess that made sense since they were uncovered. No apology whatsoever or a small discount. We should have known better because we arrived during lunchtime and there were no patrons inside. This location is NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY. I’m not sure how this restaurant continues to operate when the employees fail to practice even the basic concepts of customer service.

Chicken is old and hard, they didn't have all of the side dishes, pop machine is out of order or it would give you watered down drinks, employees are unwelcoming, atmosphere is dark and dreary. It seems like they are going out of business. What is the problem. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat.
