The worst Boston Market food I have ever had! The sweet potato casserole was not the signature casserole you are used to having. It looks good until you eat it. There is chunks of hard sweet potato in it. It's not sweet at all and it taste sour! Wasn't edible at all. Macncheese was good but extremely salty and I got the 2 piece dark meat which was so dry and had no seasoning. It tasted like it's been reheated a bunch of time. I wouldn't be surprised if the cook takes the Boston market for home and tries to recreate it to sell.
I visited two restaurants of the same chain, n one day, bc one location did not have anything except chicken, that was not even ready. The Ralph Ave location did have what I wanted but their menu had changed, along with their prices. These days, a price change doesn't come as any surprise but, there is confusion on the "family dinner"(s) side. The numbers, "4, 8, n 15", appear at the bottom of that part of the menu. After asking, I found that they meant that much more 4 turkey, meatloaf, or ribs, (n addition 2 the first priceI posted). So, a rib dinner, 4 3 ppl, sells 4 $29, plus $15 extra, so $44/45. Bc of that, we should anticipate some closings, of these places, soon. N, all we will b able 2 say will b, "another one bites the dust"
The chicken was dry like if they heated it up from the previous day and on top of that, it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The macaroni was absolutely horrible. A complete joke!! No taste at all and some of it was really watery. I have not ordered since July and I remember why I stopped ordering from here… the food is definitely not the same. Everything tastes unseasoned and on top of that, it’s basically reheated stale food. I used to order Boston market all the time but within the past year it declined tremendously and simply isn’t worth it. You guys need to close up shop. No good!!!
This was my first time eating there, it was really good and they give you enough food for your money
The food is great!! I am in love with their mashed potatoes, and the baby back ribs is falling off the bone delicious
I went to Boston Market (Ralph Ave location) after my physical therapy 2 days ago because I was hungry. I usually get the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides (sweet potato casserole and corn); got the small stuffing separately with my order. When I got home, I was dissatisfied with the sweet potato... it wasn't sweet at all. Tasted a bit sour and there were huge chunks of potato that were hard... had to throw it away. Also with the stuffing, it was dry. This location I was always happy with, never an issue with the food, but now I wasn't happy. I'm better off ordering at their other location on Pennsylvania Ave.
