I had a good experience. Definitely had a good time!
Cheese pizza was great, good hookah. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful.
Our waitress wanted us out the minute we said we didnt want food at the moment. First she made excuses about moving us to a different area because the area we are in is for "people who want to open a tab", we asked for waters and a corona (bottled beer), she kept saying she will get them in a second. she never did, after about 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to.leave, told her we are leaving, and she seemed happy. Definitely do not recommend.
Smoke em’ if you got em’!
It’s obvious the focus here is to turn over tables. I measured decible level of music at average of 97.3! Annoying and requires everyone yell to each other to converse. We were a party of 2 and were charged a 20% gratuity on the tab. Apparently they don’t trust customers to acknowledge staff - who did a good job. Very uncomfortable being there and highly recommend avoiding this place.
Ambiance was eloquent and unique. Was a whole vibe. However I felt like it would’ve been better experience had the restaurant area been open. Also would rate higher but server charged us for a drink that was taken back not even taken more than 2sips from. Also requested for bill 3 times before receiving it. By time we got the bill we were beyond ready to leave and just paid for the additional drink despite it being taken by the server and replaced with tap water. Since we were initially given sparking water/soda water and really preferred and wanted regular and was given tap instead. So service could be better. Food was ehhh. Pizza sauce ruined it everything was good on it but sauce tasted like lumchable pizza. Desserts were okay. Would go back for cigars and smokes but not for the food.
Don't listen to the negative reviews here, this place is a one of a kind gem in Boston. The lounge ambiance is perfect for anyone looking for a fun night out. It's dark, rustic, and they have great taste in music. Yes it's loud, but you're at a club/hookah lounge in the city, it's expected. Plus they have a belly dancer every Friday and Saturday night around 11pm. They offer a delicious menu, full bar, cigars, hookah, flavored vapes, a plethora of TV's, and it's all provided by some of some of the most personable staff/management you'll encounter. Again, anyone who says otherwise simply doesn't belong here. The staff strictly enforces their seating policy, you can't expect to walk in as a party of 3 and be seated at a table for 8. Just enjoy the atmosphere and what they have to offer. This is hands down one of the greatest spots in Boston, and it's clearly only going up from here. Highly recommend, kudos to ownership.
