Simple take away, but brilliant food and at very reasonable prices; keep up the good work

Ordered food at 12.16pm. it's now 2hrs later and no sign of the delivery. If I got in my car I could be at the restaurant in 5-6 mins. There was no apology when I phoned for updates twice. Food is good, ownership needs changing. Don't give franchises to anyone that will damage your brand beyond recognition.
