BOS' SiChuan Taste一碟川菜馆

The food was ok, but small sizes. The dish was NOT actually authentic Sichuan food. The restaurant has nice table with stone top and the plates look nice. However, two big TV that block most of the nature light, and the whole place smells greasy. The worst part is the service. The waitress told us the lunch special was available, but after we made our selections, the other waitress said lunch special is NOT available… No one checked how were the food, no one came to add water or tea, no service. We paid with over 15% tip for the lunch with cash, which should get us 10% off, but the waitress was whining about the tip is lower than 15%, so we double checked the amount, and realized she made the calculation based on the amount BEFORE the discount, and AFTER the tax which is ILLEGAL and inappropriate. TAX is NOT part of your service or product, and its customer’s discretion on the tip amount based on the service received.

Ordered two dishes on Ubereasts at 5pm, and after 80 minutes they are still "preparing".

可以说是波士顿最最最最最好吃的冒菜. 太喜欢油泼辣子的味道

I love Sichuan mapo tofu, and I got to say, this place has a really good tasting mapo tofu. I just wish they would listen to requests. Before placing my order, I usually add a comment next to the dish, requesting for it to be extra spicy and numb, but when I order it, it doesn’t come out that way. It just seems like there’s not much consistency here. Sometimes I visit, and the mapo tofu is absolutely amazing(filled with Sichuan flavor), but other times it’s just ok. I don’t know if they constantly switch chefs, but just wish for a little consistency. This restaraunt is prob the only restaraunt in Boston area that has delicious Sichuan flavor from Chengdu so I’ll always be back. Hopefully things can improve a little bit though

Everything is delicious! Favorite Dan Dan Noodles ever, sichuan shredded beef will change your life! Service is great and everyone is so kind!

Uber eat 买一送一价钱还算合适。凉面的味道太一般了，分量也小。如果不是因为优惠真的不值

Ummm they don’t have printed menu. I used up cell phone data in Thanksgiving trip so it was very difficult to open the online ordering system they use at the restaurant. I asked if they have printed menu and they said no and offered no help. So I just sat there for like 15min trying with my phone but failed. I had no choice but leave and upon leaving the waitress gave me a cold look :/
