One of the best pasta place in town Italian 100 % Homemade pasta, very tasty, quick service and moderately priced Perfect for my quick lunch

This was my 2nd time trying their Cacio e pepe this week and it was fantastic!! Loved that it just as good as the last time! My friend also tried their lasagna and bruschetta and also loved it!! If you’re looking for an AUTHENTIC Italian pasta place come here! The staff is really nice too!

UPDATE! 5Stars across the board: Wow, the owner is outstanding and I completely understand why he is in business. After one weird visit I received a follow up, I was compensated for my food and offered to receive to come back an have a do over. As a business owner you always have to be a customer first. Thank you for turning one awkward experience pleasant. I will continue to be a return customer. Old review/3stars: So I’m disappointed for the first time ordering from borti. Yesterday after a longggg work day I called and asked if they had lasagna (because it’s normally sold out) and if I could come pick it up. I was told by the nice man who answered he’d reserve me a piece. So I headed on my journey over to citadel. When I mentioned this to the cashier she goes “oh that was probably the owner you spoke to, we are often to busy to look at the phone so please place the order online for pick up in the future, but we do have it” so I paid and waited for my to go order… when I got home and went to eat… the lasagna seemed over done like the piece was left in the oven too long. There was little to no sauce in the plate either. If I didn’t go all the way home I would’ve simply asked for a refund. The calamari was good but the thing I wanted most was poorly put together. Sucks because it’s the only thing I get from here and it’s a treat for me everyone now and then.

The worst customer care, rude staff and they don’t have half the things that are on the menu

This is absolutely the BEST Italian restaurant I've ever been too and I've been to Italy. They have a new recipe for chicken marsala and it was so good I ended up going back the next day for more!

Situato nel cuore della città, questo gioiello culinario offre un'esperienza gastronomica autentica a prezzi incredibilmente convenienti. Appena varcata la soglia, sono stato accolto da un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare, che immediatamente mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Il personale, cortese e attento, ha contribuito a rendere l'intera esperienza ancora più piacevole. La vera stella dello spettacolo, però, è stata la cucina. Ogni piatto che ho assaggiato ha rappresentato un viaggio culinario attraverso le regioni d'Italia. Dalle bruschette croccanti e impreziosite da pomodorini freschi e basilico profumato, ai primi piatti ricchi di sapore come la pasta al tartufo o gli spaghetti alle vongole, ogni morso era una festa per il palato. La freschezza degli ingredienti e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono evidenti in ogni portata. Le porzioni sono generose senza essere eccessive, garantendo un equilibrio perfetto tra soddisfazione e gusto. Inoltre, devo sottolineare la varietà e la qualità della carta dei vini, che offre una selezione eccellente di etichette italiane a prezzi accessibili, perfette per accompagnare ogni piatto con il giusto abbinamento. Infine, ma non meno importante, i prezzi sono incredibilmente contenuti considerando la qualità e l'autenticità dell'esperienza culinaria offerta. È raro trovare un ristorante che riesca a coniugare così armoniosamente qualità e convenienza. In conclusione, il ristorante italiano Borti si distingue per la sua cucina genuina, il servizio impeccabile e i prezzi accessibili. È un luogo che consiglierei senza esitazioni a chiunque desideri assaporare il vero gusto dell'Italia senza spendere una fortuna.

I had pasta bolognese. The pasta was good, the bolognese average and not self-made. Could have been better is they wood have self-made bolognese…. Parking: Parking is not for free. A bit strange that I eat in the restaurant and have to pay for the restaurant parking lot…
