Boqueria - Nashville

You have to get a reservation to this place if you want to skip the wait time. It just opened and it is the spot to check out if you’re in town. Every single thing we ordered was incredible! The service was equally amazing. From the waiter to the people running food and even the bus boy, every interaction was amazing. Our waiter felt more like a friend than someone we had just met. So topping that with delicious food was an experience to rave about. We’re locals and we will be back.

I just was in Nashville for a bachelorette party and had an AMAZING dining experience at Boqueria. It was my first time at this chain and now, I can't wait to try the one in New York!! We did the "chef experience" and really lucked out with our server, Bill. He was so fun, funny, witty, and easy to talk to. It brought the energy up to be around him (and he was pretty cute too...) Basically he was exactly the server we were looking for to set the mood for our night out. Will def come back to Boqueria. If you go out to eat there, do yourself a favor, order the chef special and ask for Bill as your server.

Vibe:Great decor and layout. Area is spacious, seating along all the wall feels cramped when it gets busy.Service:Wait staff was friendly and polite. We walked in on a Monday night and were seated immediately. Service was a tad slow, but the venue opened within the last couple months from my understanding.Food:Visually, all dishes were executed well .Flavor-wise, Ensalada de Rúcula y Peras w/ Strip Steak was fantastic, as was the Calabasas con Sobrasada. The Paella de Mariscos and Pulpo a la Plancha were, unfortunately, a different story. The meats were cooked well; however, the starches in both (potatoes and the Bomba rice) were so over-salted I'd have guessed they were cooked in seawater. We just ate the seafood and sent the plates back with the majority of the starches still on them.Drinks:Wine, vermouth, and sherries available were quite good.Cleanliness:Good, no negatives noticed.Overall:Good place to socialize over drinks and the Verduras (vegetable) dishes, but would stray away from investing in any dishes containing grains until the salinity issue is addressed.

What a pleasant surprise! We walked by, it sounded interesting and OMG everything was delicious! The drinks, each item we ordered, very good service. Would 100% recommend. Those fried potatoes 🤩 and the squash was 🔥 Everything was great

Egla was my server and she was amazing!! I would definitely come here again. The food and the service were beyond anything I've had. Definitely worth the flight from California.

First time at Boqueria and the service and food was AMAZING!!!! Egla and the team went over and above to ensure our experience was memorable. We will definitely be back. The food was delicious; I’d personally recommend the churros and cheesecake. The dishes were elevated and the service was impeccable. Egla, our waiter, Nha fed our experience. We”ll definitely be back when in town :)
