This was awful. That staff was so rude and the food tasted horrible. The sauces we're watered down with vinegar and the pork is very low qaulity. Me and my buddy went and got food poisoning. It's utterly horrible

BBQ IS AMAZING!!! If anyone knows bbq its me and this little hole in the wall beats all the places I've been to thus far! The ultimate pork sandwich is unreal and the ribs gotta be the best on planet. We couldn't even take of hands off our plate long enough to take better pics. lol Our new favorite place to eat!! Surprising to see anything negative about this place... Family ran, great people, awesome food, really cool environment.

My husband and I ate there 2 times over the past few years and we weren't impressed either time. The first time we had a family member visit from out of town so we ordered 2 large pizzas but when we picked them up they were much too small to be considered large...expecially for the price we paid. The second visit we decided to give them another chance but once again the food was too pricey (burger) and not as good as we hoped. Even a McDonalds cheeseburger tasted better then the slop we got. Still we never made any complaint. Then a few days ago they posted a false advertisement on their Facebook page that every customer would receive a pair of eclipse glasses with a purchase of a meal. This post was later changed/edited to purchase a $25 or above gift card to receive a pair. Multiple people had screenshots of the before and after posts to prove the fraud. I had messaged them that morning before I was aware of this to ask them if they still had the glasses. No reply so I drove down there and saw the sign listing the gift card requirements and drove off. In the meantime I purchased 2 pairs at another business for only $5 each. I got a message back that said the glasses were still available but I replied, "No thank you at your price. I just purchased 2 pairs for $5 each." The owners replied with a smart mouthed statement, "you go girl" with an emoji sticking its tongue out...AND blocked me from their Facebook page...very immature if you ask me. It isn't a wise decision to become a business owner if you can't handle opposing views, expecially the truth about business owners trying to rip off the public. That's ok though because there were multiple people upset at the stunt and from what I hear their fb page was bombarded with angry customers who refuse to give them any more business. I certainly hope these business owners learn a lesson about how to treat customers and how to handle truthful criticism because if not they will certainly be out of business soon since the whole town is now aware that people drove all the way from Kingsport to purchase those glasses, only to find out that the advertising was changed to larger gift card purchases...

Food is literally thrown together, tastes terrible and is WAY overpriced. Customers are treated very poorly. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love this place! Id much rather eat at a small, family owned resteraunt with great character over a big chain resteraunt any day. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to dine out. The food is always great quality. Plus, the service is always super friendly. I also want to say that a lot of people on here are purposefully giving bad reviews because they were upset when they didn't get a free pair of eclipse glasses, even though the ad said you can get a pair of glasses WITH the purchase of a gift certificate. Just because a place doesn't give you free stuff, doesn't mean they deserve bad publicity. So if you really want to know how good the food actually is, pay them a visit. It will be well worth it.

Way over priced!! Very rude staff!! Liars!!! Said ALL customers would receive eclipse viewing glasses and then you drive over an hour and find out its 1 pair with every $35 gift card purchase and the gift card cannot be used until September. Never go here!!
