The hostess/cashier has an attitude. It was obvious the first 15 seconds I walked through the door that she hates her job and dealing with the customers that frequent there. The food is way overpriced for what you get and the quality was mediocre at best. I bought two sandwiches, two sides, and fountain drinks and it set me back $45. I rarely get buyers remorse when it comes to food but bootleg was the exception. Needless to say we won't be back and i definitely wont be recommending to others. There's plenty of other BBQ joints in the area that offer better food and service.
Definitely not child friendly. All the high chairs are broke ( none of the safety straps work), NO changing station in either bathroom. Front end staff could have cared less. Ended up having to leave.
Went for my dad’s birthday, left before eating, unfortunately. Of the 3 high chairs, 2 did not work correctly, and 1 was broken. They do not have a changing table, so I had to take my daughter to the car and change her diaper in the trunk. Spoke to the manager, and I believe they will be ordering new high chairs but he told me there’s no room for a changing table, stating, “I can’t manufacture real estate.” I wish we could’ve stayed, but I’ve never seen anyone able to eat BBQ and hold or handle a 1 year simultaneously. **Rating solely based on this initial experience, not related to the food or anything else the restaurant may or may not offer.
I ordered takeout today and I’m 100% unsatisfied. The hot and sticky wings sauce was ok & the wings are so tiny my toddler could eat a serving and not be full ! I paid $14 for 12 tiny chicken wings I feel ripped off. Disgusting waste of money. I would not return.
Full slab of ribs no smoke taste and greasy taste. Bbq sauce taste watered down. 2 mutton sandwiches were cold and no taste . Bread pudding
