Booster Juice

I've always been a huge fan of Booster Juice, finding comfort and a serotonin boost in their drinks. However, my recent visit to the Eighth Street location left much to be desired. While one staff member was friendly, the other seemed to radiate disdain with every glance. Their habit of speaking in their own language while giving customers unwelcoming stares made for a truly uncomfortable experience. The lack of empathy and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening when a favorite spot fails to meet expectations.

Booster Juice offers a refreshing experience with a variety of fresh juices. Their staff is friendly and efficient, maintaining top-notch hygiene and cleaning standards. With an array of flavorful options, it’s a go-to spot for a healthy boost! I would love to come back to this place for good juices and drinks. It’s totally worth the money. A 5- star rating is truly deserving.

It's comfortable and delicious smoothies, and the staff are nice.

Had to wait for around of 30mnts even there was no one inside, the employees was just talking in their own language and didn’t show any empathy

Thank you for wasting my money. Also, let your employees know that customer service 101 - you don't fix a botched order by insisting you sent the right thing. It looks bad.

Yesterday we went to the 8th st location and ordered fresh squeezed juice, I would say the customer service was ok, and the juice was fresh too..
