Great cheap quick coffee and small breakfast or snack

Unreasonable prices, 8 dollars for this.

I've been a loyal Boomtown customer for over 10 years now: consistently some of the best coffee in Houston and the friendliest baristas. Forever a favorite. Specifically love: Crud, Lavander Flat White, Mayan Mocha. All the lattes, normal menu and seasonal, are balanced rather than overly sweet. It's the only coffee shop I'll consistenly order a flavored drink at because I trust them to not blitz it with sugar. Also excellent beans! I buy beans here for home coffee and to take as a gift whenever I visit friends or family out of state.

Boomtown is a great vibe for a coffee shop. The people who work there are super knowledgeable and friendly and will help with you any coffee questions. Not to mention the food and coffee itself are tops. Highly recommend

The coffee is about average but overpriced. At $6.50 the coffee needed to be better and bigger. The food options are also a bit over priced for what they are. The overall quality of the coffee is decent, but the flavoring could be better. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available for food and the option for almond milk for an additional dollar.
